Beaded Pearl Teardrop Hoop Earrings

Was really looking forward to receiving this item. They are really beautiful however I’ve only worn them twice and already they’re broken. They’ve been made in a way that makes them difficult to put on and take off without pulling on the pearl beads when trying to secure the grip at the back of the ear. The beads as a result have moved and now even the gold bead that’s there to hold them in place has come loose. I need to contact help desk separately to discuss the issue but it’s a real shame because they are very pretty earrings, just not practical- unless perhaps I’ve just received a faulty pair.
